In early October Radcliffe Housing Society secured practical completion and turned to Advantage to secure Structural Defects Insurance on their new build construction project at Sabina Court, 28A Howard Road, Penge, London, SE20 7BB.

Director of Operations, Jermaine Sterling, commented:

There have been no issues with the cover or protection provided. Advantage were wonderful in providing certificates for us in a timely way, and helpful in securing Stroma to complete the building control inspections under our warranty inspections. We are incredibly proud that Advantage were able to support us in achieving our aims of delivering much needed accommodation  for our new residents at Sabina Court, and we would recommend their services in future!
