Construction has reached a significant milestone, with the successful pouring of 250 cubic metres of concrete — a technically complex undertaking requiring meticulous preparation, including rebar installation, shuttering, and under-slab drainage. With the concrete slab now cured, the project is advancing through retaining wall formation, concrete upstands, and brick and blockwork phases.

Scaffolding is now erected to the first level and brickwork is actively underway, with around 140 individuals from Liverpool employed across the project — a meaningful contribution to the local economy.
