P&B Construction is has completed a luxury housing development in North Wales, designed specifically for the growing older persons market.

Work began at the site in Rhos on Sea in Summer 2016. A new build timber frame structure with outer skin, the developers have created a high end luxury housing scheme, with 50% of the properties sold off plan.

Fitted to an incredibly high specification, features include lift access, offering stunning views across the river. The construction programme ran according to schedule with the onsite team working closely with professional partners to ensure any challenges were dealt with promptly and efficiently.

Advantage was chosen as warranty provider for the scheme. Pat Rowe, Director at P&B Construction Limited commented:
