A private developer and housebuilder has completed a brand new boutique development of 12 properties in the picturesque village of Kenninghall, Norfolk.
The properties incorporate five house styles, each carefully appointed to optimise privacy and views. They have been architect designed to offer maximum convenience and comfort, with a specification that includes engineered oak flooring, and hardwood casement windows.
The firm, led by a well-known entrepreneur, has opted for a 10 year structural warranty from Advantage. He commented:
