Former Liverpool F.C. Arsenal F.C. & Millwall F.C. footballer, Jimmy Carter, acquired a prestigious plot of land in Gleneagles Scotland several years ago, with the intention of developing the site to create a 9,000 square foot classical design palladium style villa, ‘Grosvenor House’.

Situated in a prime location on the Queens Crescent, in the shadow of the Ryder Cup 2014 golf course at Gleneagles, Jimmy originally planned to make the stunning new building his family home. A change in plans saw the family relocate to London and the development was temporarily put on hold. Picking the project up again in the middle of last year, Jimmy appointed Advantage as warranty providers, utilising their experience in part built projects to ensure a smooth road to completion.

The stunning home is set to comprise six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, four reception rooms and a substantial games room, all set in just under an acre of extensive fully landscaped grounds. Upon completion the house will be a rental property which Jimmy and his family will continue to use.
