ADVANTAGE ON TRACK AT LIVERPOOL’S LATEST LUXURY LIVING SCHEME

Advantage has been chosen as the warranty provider of choice by Brook House Investments at, ‘The residence, 8 Water Street’, one of Liverpool’s most ambitious and striking residential developments.

The scheme consists of 96 individual residential units is split into one and two bedroom apartments, with the first phase already sold off plan. Construction work is now underway and is approximately x% complete.

The development sits in the heart of Liverpool’s financial district and will see the transformation of one of the most important and established buildings in the area.

Works at water street include a complete overhaul of the building’s façade, retaining its unique porthole styling in line with the architect’s original contemporary and minimalist vision.
