Structural warranty provider, Advantage, continues to roll out its ambitious expansion plans, launching an office in the South East of England.
The new offices, based in Horsham, will be headed by Michele Mauchel who has 7 years’ experience in the sector, Michele will manage an experienced team of four, all with the knowledge and experience to provide the customer service that Advantage customers have come to expect.
Michele will take on the role of Regional Sales Manager, a position she held previously with another structural warranty provider.
Advantage, whilst only three years old, is rapidly becoming a leader in its field and is already opening doors to new markets, offering warranties on developments with a value of up to £100 million.
Michele explained:
“Advantage is undoubtedly making real waves in our sector and is steaming ahead with its growth path. For me personally, this is an incredibly exciting move as the firm has its eye on all markets from the smaller developer to the large scale development schemes that we see a lot of across the South East. Where other firms operating in this sector are limited to smaller amounts of cover, Advantages status means that they can work with almost any developer, builder or housing association in terms of monetary value.”
