Private developer, Roger Burns, has appointed Advantage to handle the warranties at three separate new build developments across Manchester and Cheshire.
Each project is now underway and are at various stages of construction.
WILMSLOW
The first in Wilmslow compromises the construction of two semi-detached homes in Wilmslow. Considered luxury developments at affordable prices, the houses are due for completion at the end of March.
RUGOSA’ IN KNUTSFORD
The second scheme, ‘Rugosa’ in Knutsford includes two large detached properties, each at 2,500 square foot and with four bedrooms each. Set in an idyllic location near to Knutsford town centre, this project is due for completion in August.
‘KINGS MEADOW’ IN BROOKLANDS
The final development and largest of the three is ‘Kings Meadow’ in Brooklands, South Manchester. Nine houses are being built, a mix of terraced and semi-detached homes, along with three apartments. Situated on the site of a former public house, this scheme is due for completion at the end of August.
ALL OF THE PROPERTIES ARE OF A TRADITIONAL BRICK AND BLOCK BUILD.
Mr Burns has opted for standard warranties for each of the developments and has been pleased with the service delivered by Advantage on all schemes. He commented:
