Structural/latent defects warranty provider, Advantage, is celebrating a bumper year, defined by significant growth and expansion.

The fledging firm, now in its third year of operation, has enjoyed huge success across the UK, as more developers, contractors, self-builders, house builders and housing associations make the shift to Advantage.

Advantage has also taken on a number of new staff during the year including three Business Development Managers, Finance Director and an Administrative Assistant.

David Sumner, Sales Director at Advantage commented: “This has been a very satisfying year for us. We’ve exceeded our expectations and targets, and are reaping the rewards of our hard work and efforts.

“We knew when we entered this market that it was monopolised by a number of established businesses; however, we are competing with these head on, offering a new concept in warranty provision defined by first class customer service and an excellent product that is highly cost competitive.”

The Advantage 10 year structural/latent defect warranty has been utilised at major schemes throughout the UK.

David added: “It’s fantastic to see our brand associated with these huge schemes where we’ve worked closely with the teams throughout the build programme. Our five stage visit process guarantees peace of mind whilst our technical team are always on hand to offer expert support and advice.”

Advantage provide a range of products to fit any build type ranging from self builds to large housing schemes, refurbishment and new builds, listed and heritage buildings.

David concluded: “We enter 2017 with a very strong foundation. “I’m incredibly excited about the direction our business is taking and looks forward to driving Advantage and the brand further forward in the year ahead!”
