Structural/latent defects warranty provider, Advantage, has secured a deal to provide insurance at YPG Developments latest scheme in Kings Dock Mill in Liverpool.
The £30 million development will see over 200 luxury 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments and townhouses created in the Baltic area, sitting adjacent to the city’s historic waterfront.
Work at the site is set to begin imminently follow a successful planning application in November last year. Existing industrial buildings on the land, which is located on the corner of Tabley Street, will be demolished following which construction of the 11- and 12-storey buildings will begin.
