Advantage has once again proven itself to be the structural/latent defect warranty provider of choice in Liverpool, having secured yet another large scale development in the city.YPG Development has appointed Advantage at Devon House, a 162-bed scheme in the Islington area of Liverpool city centre.
Currently regarded as Liverpool’s next destination hotspot, millions have been invested in regenerating the area, delivering new public spaces, retail outlets, accommodation, offices and an array of new bars and restaurants.Construction work at the eight-storey structure is now underway at the site which sits just 400 metres away from the university campus.
